I was among the very first users of Nimble CRM, and after getting stuck with a different CRM elsewhere, I was absolutely thrilled to return to Nimble. The evolution has been incredible.

The new email sequences are brilliant: set up pre‑written multi‑step campaigns, then automatically enroll contacts based on form submissions, recipient behavior, or workflow stage. It’s all personalized, scalable outreach right from your own inbox.

Nimble’s visual workflows give me complete control over lead stages. Contacts move through pipelines automatically as they interact—and can trigger sequences or webhooks for a truly end‑to‑end funnel experience.
🎯 Relationship‑First Focus
What differentiates Nimble is its emphasis on genuine relationship building, not just deal tracking. Everything from contact data, email history, calendar sync to social network signals works in tandem to help build thoughtful, informed outreach.
Bottom line:
After trying another CRM and feeling constrained and overwhelmed by features I just didn't need as a small boutique coaching company, coming back to Nimble felt like coming home to a modern, deeply intuitive, and increasingly powerful tool. I couldn’t be happier to be back—and love everything they’ve added since I first signed up.
